毎回の稽古で教えることです。力を抜きましょう。どこの?どうやって?難しいですよね。私がやってる方法が一つあります。二人で向き合い、一人は片手を胸の位置まで上げ、も一人はその手を下から支えるだけにしてください。上げたほうは、その手に乗せるだけを意識します。乗せたほうが力を抜いたと言ったら、支えてるほうは支えていた手を素早くどかしてみてください。大概の人は、手はそのままの位置にとどまっています。それは自分の手を上腕筋やら三角巾で力を入れて支えているからです。自然に手が落ちるまで稽古しましょう。This is what we teach at every practice. Relax. Where? How? It is difficult, isn't it? There is one way I do it. Two people should face each other, one person should raise one hand up to the chest, and the other person should just support that hand from below. The one who raises the hand should be conscious of only placing it on the hand. When the one who is supporting the other says he/she has relaxed, the one who is supporting the other quickly moves the hand that was supporting the other out of the way. Most people keep their hands in the same position. This is because they are supporting their own hands with their brachial muscles or deltoids. Practice until your hands fall naturally.
